Accreditations – Global-Migrate is registered with the OISC. OISC is an independent public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. It is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioners Code of Standards and Rules. Global-Migrate is registered with the OISC, giving all our clients peace of mind, confidence and above all protection with their case and money for all their UK visa and immigration applications. Our registration number is F201100270.

The OISC only regulates immigration advice and services provided in relation to all application for UK visas and immigration only. As we are a global immigration and emigration law firm it is vital for all our clients to understand that the OISC does not regulate any immigration advice given for any Visa which is not for the UK to clients present inside the UK.

Canada

Global-Migrate works with an independent Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Our ICCRC approved Consultant brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in successfully handling eligible and qualified Federal Skilled Worker applications under Canada’s Express Entry system to assist you in obtaining permanent residence status.

Global Migrate uses the services of Ms. Aleena Azam who is a regulated ICCRC member. Her ICCRC registration number is R527783.

We also employ permanent, full-time local team of experienced immigration in-house case workers who provide ongoing administrative support to the ICCRC Consultant therefore giving you the peace of mind that your application is well taken care of in order to maximize the chances of your success.

Also, in addition to the ongoing administrative support provided to you by our experienced local case workers, you do have a direct access to communicate freely with our ICCRC Consultant based in Canada in case you need any further clarity and/or feedback on the program eligibility at an initial stage and/or status updates on your case if it had already been submitted.

It is imperative that an overseas candidate applying under any of the Immigration programs is scrutinized to ensure that their education and skills meet the required level of competency in the country they intend to Immigrate to. For this very purpose, Immigration applications have certain assessment stages that individuals must comply with. Overseas qualifications and skills do hold significant value in the international market and are considered an asset.

According the points based system program, which is the most common feature, applicants around the world are evaluated on certain eligibility criteria’s and a score is designated to them.
